The design consists of two main elements: the front façade and the internal elevation. The layout optimizes space and orientation with simplicity, divided horizontally by educational stream and vertically by function: common areas and administration on the ground floor, music school on the first floor, and art school on the second, with the third floor dedicated to arts.

The building's layout organizes classrooms in the street-facing block and laboratories and exhibition spaces in the internal block. The façade, in concrete, reflects the surrounding landscape, with variations in design lightening the upper floors. The ground floor features exposed beams and open spaces leading to an internal courtyard via a ramp. A metal structure connects the street block to a new exhibition pavilion.

Key spaces include a full-height staircase/ramp with the library at its core, a double-height auditorium, and a basement gym accessible from both the street and the school. The design follows a regenerative, circular strategy (make, use, recycle).
