This IPES housing project features eight apartments within a compact 11 x 30-meter building, designed with a modular and logical layout. The structure is defined by three 8.5-meter spans, creating a symmetrical distribution along both the North-South and East-West axes. Vertical cores define the end apartments, which have square layouts.
The building rises 9 meters across three levels, each with 2.6-meter floor heights. A smaller volume at ground level shelters the entrance, with a cantilevered canopy leading to the hall, which includes a stroller storage area and cleaning room. A straight staircase aligns with the north wall, and an elevator provides access to all floors.
Each of the first two floors contains three apartments: a 50 m² central unit and 65 m² and 75 m² end units. The top floor has two 90 m² apartments. Ground-floor units feature 20 m² private gardens, with a covered perimeter strip formed by projecting balconies on the upper floors.
The structural system uses laminated timber beams and columns, with cross-laminated timber (CLT) walls and floors. The foundations, basement, and stairwell are in reinforced concrete.
